The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the marketing technology infrastructure, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of HubSpot, strong analytical and process skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Management: Oversee the configuration, administration, and optimization of HubSpot, including workflows, lead scoring, form enrichment, email marketing, and reporting.
  • Tech Stack Optimization: Evaluate and implement marketing technologies to improve operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness. Ensure integration and alignment with CRM and other systems.
  • Campaign Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns. Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of campaign performance.
  • Data Management: Maintain data integrity within marketing systems. Oversee data hygiene, segmentation, and enrichment processes to ensure high-quality data for marketing activities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the marketing operations framework. Develop and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive marketing strategy.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, and Product, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing operations with broader business objectives.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to marketing team members on HubSpot and other marketing technologies. Ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and tools to use the systems effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience leading marketing operations, strongly focusing on HubSpot management and optimization. Experience in B2B SaaS or technology industry preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in HubSpot, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, and analytics tools. Strong understanding of marketing technology stack and integrations.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and proactive mindset. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot certification) is a plus.
