About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at BioCatch, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales teams across North and Latin America. In this individual contributor role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers to attract and select top talent, shaping the future of BioCatch.

What Will Make You Successful at BioCatch

Proven Full-Cycle Recruitment Expertise

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for senior and specialized roles in the fraud prevention space.
  • Build and execute hiring strategies that support business goals in North and Latin America.
  • Take a proactive approach to building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, using networking and social media to connect with high-quality candidates.
  • Play a crucial role in identifying the best fit for roles by interviewing candidates and guiding hiring managers through the decision-making process.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Build trust and rapport with hiring managers by addressing their needs and providing consultation and coaching as needed.
  • Support and influence decision-making to ensure the best hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer negotiation through clear, effective, and service-oriented communication.
  • Work closely with the global HR team to ensure alignment with company-wide policies and procedures.

Base Salary for this role is expected to be between 125-140K annually.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring all levels of roles.
  • Proven experience in a SaaS or tech environment, the Froud field is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, with the ability to drive process improvements and manage complex hiring needs across multiple regions (NAM + LATAM).
  • Experience working with recruitment management systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and analytics tools to drive efficiencies and track success.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of the labor markets in North America and Latin America, including cultural awareness and nuances in recruitment practices across different countries.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers at all levels.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish/Portuguese) is a plus, particularly for LATAM recruitment.
  • Flexibility of remote work with opportunities to go into office space in NYC and Phoenix, AZ.
