Description

As a Product Manager at Bizzabo, you will oversee the development and management of our Event Experience Operating System. Your role will be integral to aligning business objectives with product strategy, planning, and execution. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the delivery of features that create customer value. This is a hands-on role that balances both strategic thinking and day-to-day operational excellence to drive product success in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

What you'll be doing:

Product Strategy

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps within the event management space.
  • Drive the product’s go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Advocate for user-centered design by collecting and analyzing customer feedback, identifying pain points, and translating them into actionable insights.

Product Planning

  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business objectives, market needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Own the product backlog, working closely with engineering to define detailed requirements and user stories.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment between development, design, marketing, and customer success.
  • Establish product KPIs and metrics to measure success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular customer and stakeholder reviews to communicate progress and gather input for the product roadmap.

Product Execution

  • Lead the agile product development process, from sprint planning to release.
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure that designs meet product specifications and offer a seamless user experience.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure that technical solutions meet functional requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Drive beta testing and product launches, working with Product marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Monitor the performance of new product features post-launch, using analytics and user feedback to refine and optimize.

What you have:

  • 3-5+ years of experience selling SaaS to Mid-Market and Enterprise companies
  • Strong preference for Event Industry experience
  • Track record of success in closing new business and exceeding sales targets
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new concepts quickly
  • Competitive nature while operating within a team environment
  • Demonstrable pipeline generation experience, particularly in building a multi-faceted territory plan and executing it successfully
  • Passion, Drive, and Coach-ability
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced technology environment with a constant sense of urgency
  • Superb communication skills: written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
