　アナログ&パワー半導体ビジネス拡大に対応する為、戦略立案から量産化までの開発全般に携わるウエハプロセスインテグレーションエンジニアを募集します。

■職務内容

半導体(アナログ/パワー)デバイス開発業務
・デバイス構造設計、評価
・ウエハプロセスフロー構築及び試作
・デバイス不具合解析及び改善策立案
・要素ウエハプロセス技術部門、アセンブリ技術部門、製品設計部門、品質保証部門、工場技術部門など多部門との連携

■人材要件

MUST

・CMOSアナログデバイスもしくはパワーデバイス構造設計及びプロセス開発経験　1年以上
・半導体のウエハプロセス、デバイス、信頼性等における専門知識
