Background of Recruitment:

Renesas is a leader in battery management expertise, delivering industry-leading performance, highest efficiency, broadest range of solutions, and highest reliability. Our battery management ICs serve a diverse range of PC, mobile and industrial. We are looking for product engineer who can leverage their experience and knowledge of semiconductor technology (design, wafer process, packaging, test, reliability) to work with our global cross-functional team to achieve the world's No. 1.


Product engineer for battery management IC
- Coordinate related teams and manage the progress of new product development from planning to mass production release.
- Statistical data analysis for setting test limits, yield and quality improvement and manufacturing cost reduction.
- Arrange prototyping, testing, reliability test and transition to mass production.
- Failure analysis of defective devices.

Required Skills and Work Experience:


- 3+ years of experience in product development leader or mass product engineer leader.
- Experience in leading communication with related departments and customers in your work.


- Basic knowledge of IC design, wafer process, package, and reliability evaluation.
- Experience in yield statical analysis, failure analysis.

Required Language Skills:

Japanese: business level

English: daily conversation level (TOEIC score around 600)
