Sr. Business Operations Analyst

Responsibility:

This position will provide operational support to the RF Marketing team by fulfilling essential tactical duties including:

• Revenue and Demand forecasting. Rolling up revenues and demand from sales team and Marketing team inputs.
• Coordinate on AOP target with different segment/customers and overall.
• Opportunity Funnel management and reporting
• Design-in target setting, forecast, and KPI tracking
• Ad-hoc analytics for management decision support

Qualifications:

• 5 years or more of related sales operations related experience, preferable with Finance experience e.g. as Financial Analyst
• High tech experience is a plus.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Power Point
• Detailed, self-motivated, and organized
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• ERP and database experience such as ModelN/SAP is a plus

Education:

4 year college degree or higher, Bachelors of Science degree a plus
