■募集の背景

SiCパワーデバイスは、脱炭素社会の実現に向けて重要となる自動車のEV化や産業機器のインバータ化におけるキーデバイスの一つです。弊社は、車載/産業用パワーデバイス事業の拡大を計画しており、今回、SiCプロセス開発において中核となるSiCエピタキシャル成長プロセスのエキスパートを募集します。募集職種は、プロセスエンジニアとしてSiCエピタキシャル成長装置を用いたプロセス条件の確立や安定化、効率化を担うポジションです。また、将来、拡張していく組織において、技術開発のリーダー的役割を担っていただきます。

■人材要件

MUST

SiCエピタキシャル成長プロセス開発の従事経験が2年以上あること。

WANT

4年制大学または大学院にて工学、化学、物理学等を修了していること。
