The role

Working as a Senior or Principal Digital Design Engineer based in Germering, you will:

• Develop, maintain, and integrate digital IP used inside of a power management IC.
• Derive and develop design specification from the customer specification and working close with the customer.
• Define and optimize the development flow in the digital domain.
• Develop Ultra-Low-Power and Mixed-Signal products and act as the bridge between the analog design and functional verification department.

What we are looking for

• Typically, 7-10 (Senior) >15 (Principal) years experience in the digital design of Mixed Signal ASIC product development.
• Expert in SystemVerilog RTL coding
• Deep understanding of the leading-edge ASIC low-power digital design methodologies.
• Ability to work on the full range from RTL design down to the netlist.
• Design-for-Test is an implicitness of your way of working.
• Mastering structural checks by using Spyglass Lint, CDC and RDC.
• Proficiency in applying formal methods using Jasper Gold.
• Proven experience to work in an UVM based verification environment.
• Track record contributing to a successful team environment.
• Concise and proactive communication skills within a multi-site and multi-cultural environment.
• Written and verbal English is mandatory.
• Flexible to undertake international travel at short notice.
• Self-motivated and service-minded.
• Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills.
• Takes responsibility for solutions and makes them happen.
• Results-oriented and able to deliver on-time under tight schedule pressures.
• Looks for continuous improvement in own and Dialog work practices.
