Your Role:

Business Development:
- Identify and quantify concrete business opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to win
- Drive technical presentations and conversations with customers
- Cooperate with other departments and regions to meet objectives

Customer Relationship:
- Develop contacts at every department and levels of customer organization
- Drive relationship development (incl. top management) toward business results
- Keeping account profiles

Planning Reporting :
- Report on business development progress, against targets
- Forecast mid term revenue and design-ins
- Develop, execute and review account strategy with management
Your Profile:
- Engineering University Degree - preferably in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience with sales of MCU, SoC, Analog, Power devices
- Ability to develop an account toward clear set of targets, aligned with Renesas’ strategy,
- Ability to develop sound action plan, and execute with constant progress checks
- Deliver results
- Knowledge of the automotive semiconductor industry is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and Teamwork
- Communicate clearly and report timely & accurately
- Fluent in English
- Agile with every required IT systems
- With sense of challenge and humor
