Background of Recruitment:

  Our general-purpose analog product line that is operational amplifiers and comparators are used in a wide variety of fields, including consumer, industrial, and automotive applications, and are mounted in any kinds of electronic equipment. And we secure a high share in the domestic market for automotive applications.
  We aim to expand our general-purpose analog product business by accelerating the development of new products and reducing manufacturing costs, and are looking for skilled product engineers who can utilize your experience and knowledge of semiconductor technology and cooperate with related global divisions to become No. 1 in the world.

 

Responsibilities:

A product engineer for general-Analog products(Ope-AMP/Comparator)
Responsibility is product development that is development planning, back-end outsourcing selection, sample making, evaluation, testing and quality evaluation with related department for mass production release. Another responsibity is to manage product cost and quality.
 

Required Skills and Work Experience:

MUST

-Experience in product development or mass product engineer. (more than 1 year)
-Experience in communication with related departments and customers in your work.

WANT

-Experience leading related departments in business
-Experience in yield/quality improvement and manufacturing cost reduction in your work.
-Experience in IC development or mass production technology
-Experience in IC design, wafer process, package, test or reliability evaluation
-Experience in statistical analysis and failure analysis

English: daily conversation level (TOEIC score 600)

Japanese: business level
