Job Responsibility:
Working as a Sr Application Engineer (firmware), you will:
• Responsible for automotive wireless battery management System development
• Collaborate with system team on system validation, contribute to spec renovation.
• Ensure the quality of delivered software to customers.
• Development of suitable guides to enable integration of Renesas software into upper layers of customer software.
• Documentation of all software including suitable version management, application notes, user guide, etc.
• Development and delivery of software applications for selected Renesas products.
• 10% travel is required

Job Qualification:
• Bachelor level with approx. 5+ years deep working experience in Embedded Software.
• Fully competent in all aspects of software engineering, concerning coding and testing.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming and experience in development of software in deeply embedded platforms.
• Bluetooth Stack development proven experience.
• SW development ARM Cortex-M processors
• Ability to prioritize work, set goals and meet deadlines for self and others.
• Good system knowledge (SW/HW)
• Verification and testing of deliverables against specifications and requirements
• Experience of automotive cybersecurity (ISO21434) is a plus.
• Experience of AutoSAR is a plus.
• Experience with ISO26262 Functional Safety SW development is a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
