Reliability Engineering Manager (f/m/d)
Based out of our Dresden office in Germany.
Your Role:
- Definition, follow-up of qualification plans and execution of product qualification tests as well as reliability tests and corresponding reporting. Implementation and execution of technology/product monitoring and reporting to customers.
- Reliability and Qualification assessment
- Qualification plans inclusive schedules
- Qualification cost calculation
- Managing the Reliability Laboratory at Dresden site
- Planning and cost control of all activities of Reliability Laboratory
- Monitoring plans
- Execution of product-related qualification tests
- Customer specific qualification reporting
- Quarterly monitoring reporting
- Support of product development process, including participation of quality gates
- Support of internal product release
- Execution of Quality Control at Dresden Site

Your profile:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics
- Knowledge in Material Science, Semiconductor Technology
- Experience in Quality Assureance for the development of microelectronic devices
- Experience in Quality Control for backend manufacturing
- Preferably experience in qualification testing
- Experience in Laboratory Operation
- Knowledge and interest in measurement methods
- Good command of English (speaking and writing)
- Experience desirable in
- Mixed Signal IC circuits
- Schematics tools
- Automatic Test Equipment
- Prepared and willing to travel
