- Help winning new business (new quotations) and control quote prices (at established business) to ensure target GP levels
- Gain a good understanding of the market of our distributors and end customers
- Work closely with dedicated outside sales representative to drive and win business with the distributor
- Key internal contact for distributors for all sales related requests
- Confirm RFQs from Distributor by providing price information via quoting tools
- Negotiate pricing internally with business development team and externally with Distributor
- Verify if quote conditions are still valid for extensions of quotes
- Follow up on quotes provided to Distributor, regular POS checks
- Help improving the quote turnaround times, increase quote hit rates
- Negotiate with distributors on claims management issues or pricing changes
- Administrative support of DC or product category changes update of channel inventory and quotes)
- Proven experience in Sales Support; experience in similar sales administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Strong customer-service orientation; ability to obtain new customers and maintain existing client relationships
- Good computer skills (MSOffice, especially Excel), good knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
