Responsibilities:

• Quality control for our production floor located at Dresden
• Apply regular quality inspection and assessment on all incoming materials from suppliers and outgoing products for shipping.
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
• Develop and maintain quality gates established on the production floor
• Handle and supervise measures on non-conform products and materials
• Recommend improvements to the production processes to ensure product quality
• Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
• coordinate with purchasing department to monitor supplier quality performance, generating regular reports and administering corrective actions as necessary
• Develop suppliers according Renesas quality requirements
• Manage supplier and performance audits including IATF16949, VDA6.3, ISO 9001, and other industry standards
• Resolve non-conformance issues with supplied materials and follow up with suppliers for completion of corrective actions
• Develop standards and requirements for purchased goods
• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements (knowledge, qualifications, experiences):

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics,
• Knowledge in semiconductor technologies and products
• Experience in Quality Control for backend manufacturing
• Knowledge and interest in production test (ATE) for semiconductor products
• Experience in process audits based on quality management standards
• Good command of German (speaking and writing)
• Good command of English (speaking and writing)
