The Role

Working as a Principal Analog Design Engineer based in Beijing, you will:

• Help analog design manager to manage analog designers and projects. Arrange analog design resource and schedule.
• Lead analog IC designers on project definition, planning and execution. Collect, write and manage all projects documents.
• Lead team to work with digital/marketing teams to define system architecture and do system stability analysis.
• Lead team to use different kinds of design tools to design and verify analog IC design on popular power processes.
• Understand and verify any new manufacture process or flow.
• Work closely with system/marketing teams to develop new project’s analog architecture. Convert marking/system requirements to analog design spec.
• Ensure analog development process achieves budget, schedule and project deliverable goal.
• Lead analog IC designers to design, debug and test new product and support previous designed products
• Lead team to work closely with digital design team on analog-digital interface definition and top level verification.
• Lead team to work closely with back-end designers to correctly implement analog designs in layout and do post-layout simulation. Work closely with other design teams for new product definition and development.

 

What We Are Looking For?

• A minimum of 10 years analog design experience.
• A minimum of 5 years project management experience.
• Extensive experience in analog chip’s architecture, design flow and methodologies; Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
