■職務内容

製品量産技術エンジニアとして、主に下記の業務をご担当頂きます。
　-　新規量産プロセス、量産製品の導入
　-　品質、コスト、生産性を考慮した量産プロセスの工程設計
　-　歩留改善、データ解析、プロセス課題への対応
　-　品質改善に関わる評価と実行

■人材要件

　　MUST

　　　・本募集職種、半導体にかかわらず工場でのエンジニア業務経験を有する方
　　　・関係部門を含め円滑なコミュニケーションを取る能力のある方

　　WANT

　　　・高専・工業高校等以上の学校教育課程において、工学、化学、または物理学等を修了しており、半導体工学の知識を有している方
　　　・半導体製造に関連するエンジニア業務経験がある方

　　必要な語学

　　　英語：読み書きができる

　　日本語：ビジネス会話ができる
