We are looking for a part time Office Administrator to our Bingen, GER office.

Responsibilities

• General office administrative activities, such as welcome visitors, opening mail, sending mail, answering telephone calls at head office, managing office supplies, receive and send packages, administrate accesscontrol system
• Initiate PO's, workflows and Amazon orders
• Deputize Local Facility Coordinator in Absence
• Canteen management including preparation of menus
• Support organizing company events

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, hotel receptionist or relevant role
• Fluent in German and English
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
