Job Summary:

Responsible for training & development of Sales and Marketing Organization.

To conduct online or classroom training including new hire on-boarding training but not limited to end-user training facilitation.

 

To publish training documents and identify process efficiency for improvements.

Demonstrate good presentation, effective communication and project management skill with right personality.

 

Your New Role:

• Conduct sales persons training and able to demonstrate technical skill to learn business application tools.
• Provide guidance across the regions to improve training quality and effectiveness.
• Set up and maintain training materials in learning platform.
• Support internal and external partners on operational needs for new hire on boarding.
• Partners with Project Manager and IT for training project assignments and process improvements.

 

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in Sales/Business Operations.
• Ability to prioritize, organized and willing to learn with a desire to succeed.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin Chinese language a plus.
• Cross-cultural communication and training ability.
• Good presentation skill is desired.
• Experience with SAP (S4 / Hana), Model N, Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint a plus.
