Responsible for training & development of Sales and Marketing Organization.
To conduct online or classroom training including new hire on-boarding training but not limited to end-user training facilitation.
To publish training documents and identify process efficiency for improvements.
Demonstrate good presentation, effective communication and project management skill with right personality.
Your New Role:
- Conduct sales persons training and able to demonstrate technical skill to learn business application tools.
- Provide guidance across the regions to improve training quality and effectiveness.
- Set up and maintain training materials in learning platform.
- Support internal and external partners on operational needs for new hire on boarding.
- Partners with Project Manager and IT for training project assignments and process improvements.
Preferred Skills & Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience in Sales/Business Operations.
- Ability to prioritize, organized and willing to learn with a desire to succeed.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, Mandarin Chinese language a plus.
- Cross-cultural communication and training ability.
- Good presentation skill is desired.
- Experience with SAP (S4 / Hana), Model N, Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint a plus.
