半導体前工程プロセスエンジニア（ドライエッチング技術）

　生産技術部門は、高品質で低コストの製品を安定的に製造するために、半導体製造工程での品質・生産性・コストの改善を立案・推進する業務を行っており、工場運営において重要な役割を担う部門です。

■職務内容

生産技術エンジニア（ドライエッチング)として、主に下記の業務をご担当頂きます。
　・品質、コスト、生産性を考慮した量産プロセスの開発
　・生産装置の立上げと条件出し
　・歩留改善、欠陥解析、プロセス課題への対応
　・生産性改善に関わる評価と実行
　・原価低減に関わる評価と実行
　・より高い生産性を実現できる設備投資等の投資戦略立案と実行

■人材要件

　MUST

　　・本募集職種、およびそれに類する業務経験を有する方
　　・関係部門を含め円滑なコミュニケーションを取る能力のある方

　WANT

　　・高専・工業高校等以上の学校教育課程において、工学、化学、または物理学等を修了しており、半導体工学の知識を有している方
