With the recent acceleration of the electrification of automobiles, the demand for next-generation power devices is increasing. Our company has been highly trusted and
evaluated by customers in the automotive and industrial fields, and we are now considering the development of next-generation products and business expansion.
Due to the expansion of the business scope, we are looking for a leader candidate for product line manager who can expand sales, market, and determine product specifications
of power modules as power device products. Especially, with skills in SiC device applications and module evaluation.
By strengthening the support system through the hiring of experienced personnel who can work immediately, the company aims to strengthen sales expansion activities to
increase business sales.
・Job Description: Marketing and product planning based on market trends for SiC or IGBT power modules
- Target products: Power devices & power modules using SiC or IGBT
- Main Responsibilities:
A leader of marketing and business plan development for modules using SiC or IGBT, and product planning activities (specification development, technology trend
research) in a department that handles power device application & products planning systems.
Technical support activities in customer promotion and troubleshooting
［Required Skills and Work Experience］
・Product planning and negotiation with customers regarding power device specifications (10+ years of experience)
・Knowledge of the automotive/industrial power device market specifications (10+ years of experience)
・Systematic evaluation of IGBT and SiC power devices (10+ years of experience)
・Basic knowledge of physical operation of power devices
