■募集の背景

自動運転技術の進展、産業機器のインテリジェンス化、社会インフラの堅牢性の重要化、そしてIoTを実現する次世代通信技術の浸透により、半導体製品の適用・応用範囲は広範に及び、当社製品に対する需要は急速に高まっています。プロセス加工技術部門は、ルネサスエレクトロニクスのリソグラフィ技術やドライエッチング技術の開発部門として、パワーデバイス・Mixed SignalそしてMCUの新デバイス向け加工プロセス開発及びルネサス生産工場向け生産技術開発（生産性改善・歩留まり向上・コストダウン及びBCM推進）をミッションとする部門です。今回、特に需要が急速に高まっている当社デバイスのリソグラフィ技術開発及び生産技術開発に関し、先述のミッションを加速するため、那珂地区のリソグラフィ技術における生産技術開発者を募集します。

■人材要件

MUST

・リソグラフィプロセスの業務経験を有する方

WANT

・リソグラフィープロセス使用設備の導入/評価経験を有する方
・リソグラフィープロセス開発・改善経験を有する方
・4年制大学または大学院にて工学、化学、または物理学等を修了しており、半導体工学の知識を有していること

必要な語学
