Responsibilities
•Configuration, maintenance and administration of Atlassian products such as JIRA (JIRA Service Management and JIRA Software), Confluence
•Create JIRA projects, reports and dashboards
•Support JIRA and Confluence users within and outside of the organization
•Execute JIRA and Confluence Application upgrade in DC cluster environment setup
•Configure and support JIRA plugins, communicate with plugin suppliers
•Resolve incidents and perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
•Create and update documentation on workflows and processes implemented in JIRA
•Migrate data, configuration, and scripts between different JIRA instances and other tools.
•Develop scripts in order to extend JIRA functionality: JIRA Script Runner and Groovy Scripting
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
•3+ years experience administrating JIRA and Confluence in DC setup
•Strong understanding of JIRA workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screen schemes, system and custom fields, reports and dashboards creation
•Experience integrating Atlassian products with other systems
•Experience with Script Runner, Groovy Script for JIRA
•Familiarity with REST APIs and ability to develop custom integrations
•Good communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders
•Self-organized with strong attitude of ownership and customer centricity
•Language skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
•Experience developing JIRA/Confluence plugins (Desirable)
•Atlassian ACP100 certification (Desirable)
