Hiring Background

Industrial Automation Division is transforming its business structure from conventional ASICs (custom products for specific customers) to ASSPs (standard products for general customers). We are looking for a person with high level of expertise to enhance solution lineup and aim to expand our business into inverter-related applications by leveraging RZ/T which excels in inverter control.

 

Responsibilities

Inverter solution project leader responsible for solution requirements definition, development management and technical support
Target devices: ASSP MPU for industrial equipment (RZ/T, RZ/N)

Responsibilities:
- Solution planning for inverter related applications such as industrial servo &inverter,  industrial robots, EV chargers, solar inverters, UPS, digital power supplies for data center applications.
- Market research and required specifications creation
- Solution development management (managing project by using internal design resources and external design partners)
- Market launch and technical support
There may be business trips to domestic and overseas locations. In addition, you will work closely with overseas members, primarily in Europe, America, and China, to drive business forward.y

 

Required Experience & Skills

MUST

'- Basic knowledge of electronic components, especially MCU and MPU
- Expertise in inverter control
- Experience engaged in development work related to inverter control (more than 5 years in total)
     - Hardware development for inverter control equipped with MCU/MPU
     - Software development for inverter control

 

WANT

- Experience in product planning
- Experience in development of Inverter related finished product such as  industrial servo &inverter,  industrial robots, EV chargers, solar inverters, UPS, digital power supplies for data center applications
- Ethernet related knowledge and development experience, especially industrial Ethernet (Profinet, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, HSR/PRP, OPC UA)
- Business experience using English (TOEIC score 600 or above)
