We are looking for a Senior Staff Business Systems Analyst to join our Dresden office.  

 

Job Purpose:

 

BUSINESS SYSTEM AND PROCESS SUPPORT SUPPLY CHAIN AND INTERFACE DEPARTMENTS
 

• Supervising and supporting REGG Operations team in data and application support, improvement and troubleshooting for all essential tools and systems

• Management for introduction or transfer of new business cases, tools or systems

• Evaluation, development and management of projects for new or improved business cases
  - Support OneRenesas SCM Mfg Project team to meet milestones & Project End Goal
  - Support in Integration Project Cut over activities including Data migration
  - Support Operational activities related to B2B error handling and Master Data

 

OPERATIONAL MANUFACTURING SYSTEM SUPPORT

 

• MES system operation, control, change management for RENESAS DRESDEN site

• Maintenance and support of system interfaces for Supply Chain related content / Site Supply Chain contact person for worldwide IT team

• Administration and management of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Master data/Change Management system (Agile)

• Analysis and preparation of concepts, Implementation and migration

• Operation, control, recovery and maintenance

• Application overlapping integration

• Analysis of requirements and concept creation of interfaces to affected systems and areas, in particular to the ERP-System

• Control data traffic between systems

• Reporting and User support Systems

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

 

• Manufacturing and Manufacturing system (MES) experience

• ERP Knowledge (SAP Systems knowledge preferred)

• Planning and Master data system knowledge (Kinaxis and Agile knowledge preferred)

• Excellent Communication in English

• Project Management experience

• Prior experience in integrations and system implementation would be a plus.

• SCM Data analysis / Reporting (Oracle)

• Cross-Functional Leadership/ Strong Collaboration

 

Qualifications:

 

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another related field

• Basic Supply Chain Management (SCM) Knowledge

• Skills with Oracle database (PL/SQL)

• Strong Customer & service management focus

• SAP ERP, Kinaxis, Agile Expertise is a plus.
