【Background】

In the Industrial Automation market, automation for assembly and food production is advancing in the Industry 4.0 trend, and various requirements such as Industrial Ethernet, OPC-UA, security and functional safety are emerging. Hereby the mid-/low-end market is expected to grow significantly. The IABD plans to expand product lineup of scalable ASSPs in line with the market expansion. In order to plan new products, it is necessary to develop technology required by the market ahead of time and release them ahead of competitors. Therefore, we are looking for personnel who can research technology trends, create technology roadmap, and summarize requirements for products.

 

【Job Responsibilities】

In order to expand Industrial Automation business,to summarize technology and functional requirements
for semiconductor device by investigating market technology trend and promote a new product planning.
- Survey of technology trend and preparation of technology and functional requirements roadmap
- Product planning
- Review of target customer for new product
- Participation in external standardization committees

 

【Required Skills and Work Experience】

■Must

- Communication skills with customers, internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in the work described in the Responsibilites

 

■Want

- Knowledge of FA equipment technology (experience in development of equipment or components, support for customer development, etc.)
- Experience in system development using semiconductor devices
