Regional Distribution Manager Israel
The Regional Distribution Account Manager (RDM) will be responsible for the revenue and the relationship with Distribution partners in Israel & Greece. Builds and maintains effective relationships with each Distributor to ensure high level of attention and return on investment in order to support increased revenue growth.
The Job
- Grow the business with each Distributor find measurable KPIs and manage interaction with the business units of Renesas
- Find new customers and expand business at existing Customers.
- Manage opportunities, escalations and quotations
- Forecast sales to support corporate revenue forecasting process
- Conduct Regular Review of the performance of the Distributors against key targets via QBR.
- Achieve design and Revenue targets.
Your Profile
- University Degree - Business & Engineering or Engineering
- Sales experience in Distribution or Channel Sales at a Semiconductor OEM or at OEM.
- Preference 5 years’ experience developing customer relationships in the semiconductor industry
- Experience with high performance analog IC’s, Power and MCU’s
- Excellent skills in customer interaction and negotiation.
- Result driven and team player.
- Self-directed, analytical, proactive & dedication to quality of work is essential
- Fluent in English
