Job Purpose and Dimensions:

To enhance the engagement with Multinational Automotive Tier1 Accounts for 2W &4W segment,

Connect with development team directly for new application.

Understand market trend , technologies and expectations/challengs.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

• Responsible for direct engagement with MNA Tier1  across india in 2W and 4W and Commercial Vehicle segment.
• Create new demand with direct engagement with Tier1  local development team in India
• Support major Tier1s such as Bosch, Continental, Aptiv, Visteon, Marelli
• Key focus on Digital, Analog & power  including Micro controller, SoC , Winning Combo.
• Product positioning through Techdays.
• Co-ordinating the promotion activities with customer R&D Team, Pricing, GAM and FAE team.

 

Key Performance Measures:

• Minimum 10  years of experience in seminconductors sales with Tier1  connectivities.
• Good knowledge of analog and Power products
• Good analytical skill
• Understanding of Automotive market & its trend
• Excellent communication skills

 

Qualifications:

• Must have Engg degree in  Electrical and Electronics from University of Repute

 

Key Relationships:

Interaction with customer R&D Team, Purchase and internal teams such as FAE team and GAM.
