Sr Customer Service Rep
- Engage by account in a proactive simple supply/demand gap analysis. Ensuring early warning to the customer and problem solving internally with BU/Planning/CSR team.
- Independently manages and communicates global customer escalations. Global co-ordination of allocation / swap coordination with customer HQ & Renesas Regional CSR & Demand Planning in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate clear and concise communication in a responsive manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
