［Background of Recruitment］

Wafer prices for advanced processes are high, and the cost impact of manufacturing yield is very large. To improve this yield, it is important to determine

the true causes of defects and improve manufacturing processes and mass production testing. Renesas analyzes and analyzes test data based on a combination

of manufacturing processes, design information, and mass production test environments, and uses advanced analysis technology that makes full use of software

failure diagnosis and hard wafer analysis to determine the true cause and improve yields.

However, the level of difficulty of analysis has been increasing recently due to the miniaturization of the manufacturing process. Therefore, we will strengthen

our human resources to maintain our current technology and establish yield improvement methods for the leading-edge (3nm) process.

Engineer for yield improvement by analyzing and analyzing test data of MCU and SOC semiconductor products

 

［Required Skills and Work Experience］

　 - General knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing

　 - General knowledge of semiconductor testing

　 - Communication skills

［Want］

　 - Experience in semiconductor product design, mass production, and failure analysis

　 - Experience in semiconductor manufacturing process start-up

　 - Knowledge of advanced process development is a plus
