Wafer prices for advanced processes are high, and the cost impact of manufacturing yield is very large. To improve this yield, it is important to determine
the true causes of defects and improve manufacturing processes and mass production testing. Renesas analyzes and analyzes test data based on a combination
of manufacturing processes, design information, and mass production test environments, and uses advanced analysis technology that makes full use of software
failure diagnosis and hard wafer analysis to determine the true cause and improve yields.
However, the level of difficulty of analysis has been increasing recently due to the miniaturization of manufacturing processes, so the company is strengthening
its human resources to maintain its current technology and develop defect analysis technology for cutting-edge (3nm) processes.
・Software analysis technology development & system construction using semiconductor product test data
・Failure location and cause analysis using the above tools on Linux
［Required Skills and Work Experience］
- Ability to operate tools on Linux.
- Interested in DFT testing techniques
- Experience in software development (functionality, detailed feature study, script writing)
- Programming languages (C, C#, Python, perl, awk, etc.)
