［Background of Recruitment］

Wafer prices for advanced processes are high, and the cost impact of manufacturing yield is very large.

To improve this yield, it is important to determine the true causes of defects and improve manufacturing processes and mass production testing.

Renesas analyzes and analyzes test data based on a combination of manufacturing processes, design information, and mass production test environments,

and uses advanced analysis technology that makes full use of software failure diagnosis and hard wafer analysis to determine the true cause and improve yields.

However, the level of difficulty of analysis has been increasing recently due to the miniaturization of manufacturing processes, so the company is strengthening

its human resources to maintain its current technology and develop data analysis technology for cutting-edge (3nm) processes.

 

［Responsibilities］

By using statistical analysis methods and ML/AI analysis methods such as BigData analysis of test data of semiconductor products, we can extract issues hidden

in the production process to improve yield and test efficiency.

・Technical area: Data analysis algorithm development

・Target Products: R-Car/RH850 and other in-vehicle products in general

・Project description: Development of applications and dashboards on test data analysis systems/infrastructure

・Responsible for: Planning, proposal, requirement definition, development, evaluation, release, user support, etc. for the above

 

［Required Skills and Work Experience］

［Must］

　 - Data Scientist Certification Level (Literacy Level) (Pass Level) Skills.

　 - Experience (2-3 years) in developing data analysis systems (database + algorithms + graphing) using BigData analysis methods

［Want］

　 - Coding skills related to visualization technology (data visualization)

　 - Presentation skills (ability to communicate proposals to others in an appropriate and logical manner)

　 - Basic knowledge of semiconductors and their testing methods
