［Background of Recruitment］

We need to continually improve our product-development methods to meet the technological advances required for the development of digital LSI.

In addition, our digital-products are becoming larger and more complex to meet the market-demand for semiconductors, and we need to respond to the need to develop shorter TAT.

Our digital LSI developments have conventionally built a design platform and developed products as a common design method, but with dramatic advances in EDA tooling using AI/ML

techniques, we are continuing to revamp our design platform.

In order to build platforms that can be utilized in the long term, further reinforcement of engineers with knowledge in EDA tooling and design-environment is required, and engineers

who can take responsibility for product-application are recruited.

 

［Responsibilities］

Establishment of a design-platform for developing digital LSI using state-of-the-art EDA and promotion of product-application.

- Propose and build a development-flow for digital LSI using the latest EDA tools.

- Promotion and support of application of new design platforms in actual product development.

- Developing new environments through EDA vendor collaboration based on understanding of EDA tool trends and digital-design requirements.

- Proposal for continuous improvement of the design platform.

 

［Required Skills and Work Experience］

［Must］

- Comprehension of the development flowchart (design/verification) of the digital LSI

   - Knowledge and interest in trends in cutting-edge EDA tooling

［Want］

   - Experience in the use of EDA techniques for designing digital LSI (as well as in the start-up of EDA techniques)

   - Have LSI designing experience

   - Experience with overseas teams
