Renesas is accelerating its rollout of Micro Processing Units (MPUs). As Business Development Manager, you are responsible promote and ensure business creation of Renesas’ industrial MPU solution in Europe.

Your Role:

  • Promotion of MPU for industrial applications in Europe.
  • Collaboration with local sales, FAE, and leadership to identify, qualify and secure business opportunities for Renesas MPU products through a solution-sale approach.
  • Actively engage with customers, distributors and local sales/FAEs to define, develop and market potential silicon solutions in terms of reference designs, wining combos and systems solutions.
  • Creating presentations, flyers, tutorials; present and deliver information to potential customers at customer meetings, webinars, trade shows, and conferences
  • Sales enablement and internal training – develop presentations and support sales materials; ensure sales team and partners can clearly articulate the value proposition of the solution, manage internal communications, and help to train sales and distribution teams.
  • Competitive intelligence – track key competitors and their activities, develop competitive analysis reports to help develop competitive go to market plans.
  • Become an expert on Renesas industrial MPU solutions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration – build strong relationships with system engineers, local sales, FAEs and distributors and global solutions teams.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.

Your profile:

  • Electrical/Electronic engineering degree or equivalent. MBA a plus.
  • Semiconductor Marketing / Business Development experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer focus with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders and influencers on both technical and management levels.
  • Knowledge or MPU market, applications, and competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation technology such as industrial networking, functional safety, or security.
  • Self-organized, self-motivated independence of though.
