We are hiring a business analyst to join our sensing team. You will work alongside the Product Line Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Supply Chain & Production Team as well as Finance and report directly to the Head of Product Lines.

Your main tasks will include performing detailed analysis of the current business situation (revenue, P&L, COGS, design in) and future projection (demand forecast, market model, market reports).

To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and confidently utilize data analysis tools.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Evaluating business data on a regular basis, anticipating areas for improvement as well as developing and implementing solutions.

• Create market analyses, business reports and presentations for the executive management and act as quality control for the inputs

• Set up and run a reporting structure with relevant information for the business tracking, such as customer, competitor and market

• Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops, taking over tasks such as agenda definition, meeting minutes and follow-up action items.

• Define and implement market model for Business Division.

• Maintain Near and Mid-Term planning and provide various output such as revenue evolution, wafer demand, test capacity demand, etc.

• Compile and follow up on Near and Mid-Term

• Design in (New Business Acquisition) statistics and revenue modelling.

• Track and report internal and external inventory.

Business Analyst Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field would be a plus.

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.

• Excellent competency in Microsoft applications like Power BI and Excel.

• English business fluent. German language nice to have.
