【Background】

The Global Corporate Communications team at Reneas is responsible for internal and external communications efforts that advance Renesas' purpose of "Making Our Lives Easier." We work to develop compelling communications programs that enhance the company's culture, drive growth, strengthen our reputation and build our brand. This is a new role responsible for assisting the team's efforts to drive and execute impactful communications initiatives. The candidate will work with a senior creative designer to provide art & graphics design ideas for the presentation materials for our CEO and executives and other communication deliverables. 

 

【Responsibilities】

・Identifiy speaker's needs and offer graphic design support in developing presentation materials for CEO and

   executives. 
・Responsible for art/creative development for company's intranet and newsletters
・Manage wide scope of design and graphics creation with regard to branding (giveaways, posters, etc.)
・Be resonbilble for directing CEO's internal/external events (virtual and hybrid) using video camera.
・Proactively support team members to provide ideas to enhance the look and feel of the communications deliverables. 
 

【Required Skills and Work Experience】

＜MUST＞

・Experience as graphic designer using Photoshop, Powerpoint, Illustrator, etc.
・Excellent communication skill using English and Japanese
・Ability to communicate with executive level leaders

 

＜WANT＞

・Knowledge and experience in branding
・Ability to exhibit strong leadership and collaboration skill
・Ability to execute work in an agile manner

 

【Required Language Skills】

・English　 : Business level（TOEIC Score around 700)

・Japanese: Business level
