Job Description

• Primarily support Director of FP&A in reporting and analysis
• Support functional heads in planning and forecast, variance analysis and reporting
• Support financial close process including close related activities, and detailed variance analysis of results versus forecast, Plan, and YoY comparison.
• Assist in developing annual operating plan and monthly forecasts, periodic goals.
• Maintain and update financial models on a quarterly basis
• Assist in financial management reporting to support management reviews
• Participate in system integrations and testing to drive system and process improvements
• Provide ad-hoc support as required

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree (Finance/Accounting)
• 0-1 years of finance experience with good knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis, and business decision support
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated initiative, ownership, dependability and accountability
• Advanced knowledge of Excel & financial modeling preferred
• Experience with an ERP system such as SAP preferred
• Experience with planning tools (Hyperion, Planning Analytics) is an advantage but not required

Education

• Bachelor’s degree minimum, preferably in Business or Finance
• MBA or an accounting certification (CPA/CMA) a plus
