The Test Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing production test solutions on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for silicon verification and characterization, qualification, and manufacturing of high-performance Power Management and Video Signal Processors (VSP) products.

Core Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

Design, develop and debug hardware and software solutions for characterization, qualification, and production release.
Work with design and application engineers in defining and developing test methodologies, test plans, test modes and DFT.
Define test schematics and review layout of printed circuit boards for testing.
Debug test programs, correlate data, and optimize test time for production release.
Develop ATE test solutions in C/C++ language using Eagle Test System 364, Advantest 93k or other ATE platform.
Support manufacturing offshore for yield improvement, product transfer, failure analysis and test time reduction.
Manage and maintain projects milestones that aligns with product work plan and release dates.

Skill Requirements:

BSEE is Required
3+ Year Experience n Mixed signal Testing
2+ Years required experience using Eagle Test System or 93k
Can read and draw Electrical/Electronic circuit diagram.
Be able to design and debug ATE loadboard and test circuits.
Familiar with analog and digital devices.
Knowledgeable with C/C++ or Visual Basic programming.
Strong background on electrical circuit analysis theory and design.
Know how to use lab instruments such as scope, meter, power supply, etc.
Be able to use statistical analysis and interpret data.
Have a strong communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information

$157,000 - $197,000 annualized salary range (Note: Disclosure as required by SB 1162 (9-27-22) for California)

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
