■募集の背景

半導体産業の成長に伴い、川尻工場（熊本市）での新プロセス・新製品立ち上げおよび量産化業務を拡大しております。

この為、量産化後の品質・歩留改善による品質向上および品質確保・安定生産に対応する業務の重要性が増しており、
本業務をいっそう強化するとともに、川尻工場（熊本市）の次世代を担っていただくエンジニア人材を募集します。

■職務内容

【新プロセス・新製品立ち上げ&量産化業務】
・開発部門と協力し、量産ラインでの新規プロセス・新製品の立ち上げおよび量産化業務。
【半導体前工程 製品技術／プロセスインテグレーション業務全般】
・量産品の品質・歩留改善活動
テスト不良品等の調査・解析を実施し、ウエハプロセス工程へのフィードバック及び対策を検討し実行する。
・生産性改善活動
生産を阻害する要因に対し、対策を講じて生産性向上を行います。(隘路設備拡大や工程合理化等)
・自動外観検査装置(KLA等)を用いた、ライン監視(体制構築含む)、欠陥低減活動

■人材要件

MUST

製品技術／プロセスインテグレーション業務経験者 又は、半導体前工程デバイス開発経験者
又は、自動外観検査を用いた欠陥低減業務経験者
WANT

半導体前工程製造技術に関する業務経験

必要な語学

英語：日常会話ができる (TOEIC 600点程度)

日本語：ビジネス会話ができる
