With the evolution of automated driving and digital cockpits, software in cars is becoming increasingly important.

The scale of software installed in each car is said to exceed 50 million lines, and we are now in an era where software determines

the value of the car.

For this reason, it has become an important mission for Renesas not only to provide semiconductor products, but also to provide

system solutions, including software and development environments, that facilitate customers' product development.

In order to support such software-centric vehicle development and provide new value, we believe it is important for Renesas future

business to break out of the conventional concept of in-vehicle embedded software development and propose and realize new software

development environments and tools that contribute to the realization of a shift-left in development.

［Responsibilities］

You will be responsible for the management of the development programme of system-level development environments and solutions

that support the development of next-generation in-vehicle electronic systems and E/E architectures.

- Planning and execution of solution development programmes.

- Managing the progress and status of the domestic and international software and tool development teams based on the QCD

requirements of the development targets.

- Managing requirements and schedules for collaboration and joint development with domestic and international partners.

［Required Skills and Work Experience］

［Must］

Experience in managing product development programmes, consisting of multiple sub-projects, and/or projects consisting of multiple

national and international teams and partners.

Specifically, experience in carrying out the following tasks.

- Daily progress management to ensure compliance with target QCD

- Identification of problems and areas for improvement

- Providing feedback to each development project based on the above

- Basic project management knowledge (e.g. PMBOK)

- Knowledge and experience of embedded software development

- Experience in software development according to software development process definitions such as CMMI/Automotive SPICE
