Key Responsibilities

As the product marketing director responsible for China automotive SoC and MCU products, you will lead the marketing team and drive business growths in the target automotive segments in China.

In this role, the success hinges on the ability to lead regional marketing development, foster seamless collaboration with peers, manage multiple tasks autonomously, prioritize effectively, make strategic decisions, meet demanding deadlines, and communicate outcomes, trade-offs, and decisions proficiently to all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Chinese market for automotive SoC and MCU product lines, aligning with overall company objectives
• Lead and supervise the marketing team, providing guidance and support to drive automotive SoC and MCU business growth in China
• Responsible for regional product promotion strategy and manage promotion activities at system and product levels to enable Sales to capture maximum demand creation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with sales, product development, and other departments to effectively compete and win design-ins
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
• Develop strategy and investment themes for automotive SoC and MCU product lines to grow China automotive business, such as new products and ecosystem collaborations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
• Define and develop region-required product collateral, competitive analysis, product roll out, and field training
