［Background of Recruitment］

We are planning to expand power device business for automotive and industrial use through new wafer process product development,

IGBT 12-inch development, front-end foundry porting, etc. It is essential to strengthen the personnel resources of product development

and designers. This time, we would like to strengthen the development capabilities by hiring experienced person as an immediate asset.

In particular, we are looking for engineers who have knowledge and experience in device physics and in power device product design

technology, and who will play a leading role in next-generation product design and development.

 

［Responsibilities］

【Product design and development of Power devices for Automotive and Industry use.】

・Product in charge : Power devices (IGBT/FRD)

・Main Jobs : Power device product development, Device design, Device simulation technology , Prototype evaluation, Test development

 

［Required Skills and Work Experience］

［Must］

- Experience in design, development, and evaluation of power devices (IGBT, FRD, MOSFET) (more than 3 years)

- Basic knowledge of power devices (IGBT, FRD, MOSFET)

［Want］

- Experience in design, development, and evaluation of power devices (IGBT, FRD, MOSFET) (more than 5 years)

- Basic knowledge and experience of device simulation

- Basic knowledge of markets and applications

- Basic knowledge of compound semiconductors (SiC, GaN, etc.)
