Responsibilities

Understands the strategies, initiatives and issues in the organisation for which is responsible, and works with the

   divisional and general management leadership team to drive the HR strategy.

   Also analyses HR data and makes opinion recommendations based on insights.

Responsible for developing, managing and retaining the organisation's human resources, including developing

   employees' skills, promoting career growth and leadership development.

Shape the working environment and organisational culture by strengthening/enhancing communication and

   motivation, improve employee engagement, and enhance the overall well-being and productivity of the organization.

 

Required Skills and Work Experience

MUST

At least 10 years' experience in the field of human resources

Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex employee relations issues quickly,

   smartly and autonomously

Able to inspire, motivate and influence positive behaviour across the organisation and work collaboratively with other

   HR teams

Excellent analytical skills, able to solve problems autonomously based on convincing hypotheses based on figures and

   facts

Able to communicate in English (conducting meetings and presentations)

 

WANT

Experience as an HR business partner in a global company

High degree of independence and maturity to manage multiple ongoing issues and complex employee related matters

   with excellent follow-up

 

Required Language Skills

English   :Business levelTOEIC Score around 700

Japanese:Business level
