Job Summary:


Subject matter expert on Distribution Operations processes, including but not limited to: Disti on-boarding, Disti consolidation, Inventory (asset) management, POS/Claims, stock rotation, other RMAs, price protection.

Collaborate with Regional Sales and CSR to support Disti Operations matters.

Cross train with counterpart, CSR / Centralized Operations Team / Finance, and others to better understand process in different entities.


Your New Role:

  • Support business continuity processes in the sales & distribution management including Order Escalation/Cancellation, Stock Transfer, Consignment, Global Sample program etc.
  • Review, validate and process information, and then execute business processes in accordance with contracts, policies and procedures established with distributors.
  • Monitor performance, drive corrective actions, and then facilitate business process and system improvements.
  • Review and understand endtoend business process, assess key control, and identify deficiencies, improvement opportunities and analyze root causes.
  • Provide support in terms of data analytic, preparing output from such analytic process to strive for process improvement and data driven decisions.
  • Oversee the implementation of new processes and workflows and monitor progress and effectiveness.
  • Support audit process in collaboration with Finance or Internal Audit teams.


Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

  • In-depth analytical and predictive skills based on data analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to communicate summarized results and conclusions.
  • Good stakeholder and cross-team management skills to bridge and collaborate on cross-functional requirements.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Experience with SAP (S4/Hana), Model N, Salesforce, Global BI/Power BI, Kinaxis will be an added advantage.
