生産技術部門は、高品質で低コストの製品を安定的に製造するために、半導体製造工程での品質・生産性・コストの改善を立案・推進する業務を行っており、工場運営において重要な役割を担う部門です。

■職務内容
生産技術エンジニアとして、主に下記の業務を担当。
　-　品質、コスト、生産性を考慮した量産プロセスの開発
　-　生産装置の立上げと条件出し
　-　歩留改善、欠陥解析、プロセス課題への対応
　-　生産性改善に関わる評価
　-　原価低減に関わる評価
　-　より高い生産性を実現できる設備投資等の投資戦略立案と実行

■人財要件

MUST
・本募集職種、およびそれに類する業務経験を有する方
・関係部門と円滑なコミュニケーションを図る能力のある方
・半導体の拡散工程にかかわる、拡散、熱処理、低圧ＣＶＤ、
　インプラ、洗浄技術のいずれかの経験がある方
WANT
・高専・工業高校等以上の学校教育課程において、電気、電子、
　工学、化学、機械または物理学等を修了しており、半導体工学の
　知識を有している方
・半導体の拡散工程にかかわる、拡散、熱処理、低圧ＣＶＤ、
　インプラ、洗浄や検査、測定などの技術経験のある方
・量産半導体エンジニアとして、前工程プロセス技術経験のある方
・半導体の裏面電極形成プロセス技術の経験のある方
・半導体の前工程プロセス技術において、取り纏め経験のある方

必要な語学力

　英語：日常会話ができる (TOEIC 600点程度)
　日本語：ビジネス会話ができる
