川尻工場 半導体 前工程 設備メンテナンス業務 （勤務地 熊本）

■募集の背景

ルネサスセミコンダクタマニュファクチュアリング川尻工場（熊本市南区八幡）は、半導体市況の活況に伴い生産量が増加傾向にあり、半導体製造設備はフル稼働に近い状況が継続しています。また、２０２５年上期にはＭＦ３増産投資が決まっており、そのための設備メンテナンス作業に必要なリソースが必要です。
半導体設備メンテナンスに必要なスキルはある程度の育成期間が必要なため、その育成期間を可能な限り短縮するためにも、即戦力で活躍していただけるような半導体設備保全業務経験がある方を大募集します。
実務経験が浅くても半導体設備メンテナンス業務に興味があり、将来の川尻工場を支えてくださる、意欲がある方も募集しております。

■職務内容

【半導体設備の保全・保守業務全般】
・半導体生産設備の定期メンテナンス（定期クリーニング・部品交換等の作業等）、設備の修理（測定器などを使い部品の修理・部品交換等の業務等）
・半導体生産設備の改善活動：設備の故障から問題点を分析し、部品自体の改善、方法、手順等の改善などを自ら考案し設備の生産性を向上させる業務等
・クリーンルーム（無塵衣着用）での作業
・交替勤務（4班3交替勤務）に従事（1年単位変形労働時間制届出済み）

■人材要件

　MUST

　　　高等学校以上卒業

　WANT

　　　・半導体工場での業務経験者
　　　・半導体工場において設備保全経験者（1年以上の業務経験）
　　　・電気科、電子科、機械科、工業化学科、化学科　卒業の方
　　　・明朗活発で、コミュニケーション能力が高い方
　　　・WORD,EXCEL（初級～中級程度）が使える
　　　・他部門や社外の方と簡単な交渉・調整ができる

　必要な語学
