Dir, Sales Operations
The successful candidate will be leading a team focused on operational rigor and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, to develop and implement effective WW sales excellence and operations frameworks that drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction. This includes providing insights and processes to improve deal velocity and attaining sales targets through simplification of business processes and driving operational clarity across organizational boundaries. The role will plan operational strategies and govern sales excellence across all customer segments and all available sales channels.
The ideal candidate has an analytical mind with the ability to act as a trusted adviser and business partner to Sales Leaders, while working cross functionally with IT, Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Quality, Planning, Logistics and Trade Compliance. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with complex data sets, demonstrating in-depth business acumens and reporting and analytics skills, adept at prescribing and prioritizing technology solutions to meet business problems and is comfortable presenting to VP+ stakeholders.
