Background

Our Logistics Department is responsible for the logistics management department, which seamlessly connects a wide range of WW warehouses and SCM networks for international transportation from a global perspective, from manufacturing bases to customer delivery.
In addition, as Project Management, Renesas is currently launching a system and business integration project with the aim of integrating the separate mechanisms of each individual company that has undergone M & A into a universal ordering system.
We are looking for human resources who can design the future image of Competitive SCM construction, spearhead the implementation of this, and lead the improvement and efficiency of global logistics management.

Role and Responsibility

The job we are looking for is a semiconductor logistics specialist. We would like to have ready-to-use personnel who have experience in managing and supervising outsourced contractor.
In the area of ​​Renesas' business activities, he is in charge of quality improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency promotion by working closely with related departments based on the trade laws and regulations of each country in warehousing management and international transportation management.
1. Regarding the quality of distribution from the production factory to the customer, we supervise and supervise the outsourced warehousing / transportation company, together with the quality assurance department.
Personnel who can manage and supervise PDCA for maintaining and improving the work quality
2. In order to optimize / maximize distribution efficiency, we will extract current issues and collaborate with the system department from a business perspective.
Factors that can spearhead drive such as system improvement. (RENESAS is using the SAP system now)
3. In logistics cost & actual transaction management, aggregate and graph from data extracted from various data bases using Excel & PPT etc.
Personnel who analyze trends, visualize costs, and carry out various enlightenment activities for company-wide related departments

[Required Skills and Work Experience]

1. Must

・Experience in negotiations with external companies (customers, business partners, etc.)・
・At least one experience in quality, efficiency, cost, and logistics work inside and outside the company
・ Practical communication skills, oral and written in English

2. Want

・ At least one basic knowledge of Project management, warehouse management, quality control, and cost management
・ Basic skills to analyze various data with EXCEL and PPT, graph this, and report KPI management
・ Practical negotiations in Japanese, oral and written, and logical communication skills (regardless of the score of the Japanese test, etc.)
