Seeking analog, mixed-signal design engineer to work with the Renesas DDR Design Team. Responsibilities include designing blocks from the ground up and both owning and assembling macros from sub-block designs. Working knowledge of SERDES and Analog Front End design principles is preferred.

Qualifications:

FinFET Experience Preferred

MS EE + 2-3 Years Experience OR PhD EE or equivalent

Analog & Mixed Signal Proficiency

Cadence Virtuoso Schematic, Layout

Cadence ADE-XL or Maestro Simulation

RC Parasitic Extraction (QRC, StarRC)
