【募集の背景】

自動運転技術の進展、産業機器のインテリジェンス化、社会インフラの堅牢性の重要化、そしてIoTを実現する次世代通信技術の浸透により、半導体製品の適用・応用範囲は広範に及び、当社製品に対する需要は急速に高まっています。その中で、プロセス加工技術部門は、ルネサスエレクトロニクスのドライエッチング技術やリソグラフィ技術の開発部門として、SiC/Siパワーデバイス・Mixed SignalそしてMCUの新デバイス向け加工プロセス開発及びルネサス生産工場向け生産技術開発（生産性改善・歩留まり向上・コストダウン及びBCM推進）をミッションとする部門です。現在当社では、パワーMOS、IGBT製品などの事業拡大を行っており、その中でも特に需要が急速に高まっているSiCを含むパワーデバイス向けの設備選定導入・プロセス開発及び既存生産ラインの生産能力向上に従事する、ドライエッチング技術者を募集します。

■ 対象デバイス 150mm～200mm（SiCパワーデバイス）
■ 担当業務
・SiCパワーデバイス向けドライエッチング技術開発（装置選定導入/エッチング条件構築）
・Siデバイス向けドライエッチング技術開発（装置選定導入エッチング条件構築等）
・生産技術開発（生産性改善・歩留まり向上・コストダウン及びBCM推進等）

【勤務予定地】

茨城県ひたちなか市

【人材要件】

MUST：

・ドライエッチングプロセス開発・改善業務の経験を有する方

WANT：

・SiCパワーデバイスのドライエッチング（特にトレンチ形成）における使用設備の導入/評価やプロセス構築経験を有する方
・4年制大学または大学院にて工学、化学、または物理学等を修了しており、半導体工学の知識を有していること

語学要件：

英語：ビジネス会話ができる (TOEIC 700点程度)

日本語：ビジネス会話ができる（N1程度）
