Renesas is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Affairs Specialist to join our team in Vélizy, France. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations and will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including:

  • Managing the reception desk, processing of telephone calls and inbound/outbound mails, as well as supporting our external and internal customers with a view beyond the box

  • Information hotspot and point of contact for all incoming enquiries and concerns

  • Organization & follow-up of meetings and handling of visitors

  • Supervision of occupational safety and health regulations

  • Purchase of materials and supplies from existing suppliers

  • Coordination of the cleaning team as well as any maintenance and repairs at the site

  • Administration of company cars in close liaison with 3rd party vendors

  • Cooperating with our IT department on the administration of mobile phones and other IT devices

Experience and skills needed:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative-related position

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and can easily navigate new tools and processes

  • Team player and able to build and maintain effective working relationships

  • Excellent French and English communication skills
